Meet the Board of Directors

Hazel Lever, MD MPH, is a primary care physician at the RRH Center for Refugee Health and an Associate Program Director for the Unity Hospital Internal Medicine Residency. Graduating from Harvard College with a degree in history of science, she received her MD and Master’s in Public Health from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She completed primary care internal medicine residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, later moving to Rochester in 2022. She is excited to be serving as President of the RABC Board.

A lifelong Rochester, NY resident, Andrea Paquin is the Manager, Compensation & Benefits at Broadstone Net Lease, Inc., where she has spent the past 10 years overseeing the total rewards strategy and administering payroll and employee benefits programs. She holds the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation and the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation through the Wharton School of Business. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Rochester Payroll Association. She is honored to take on the role of Treasurer on the RABC Board and look forward to supporting the organization’s mission.

Natalie Doller is an Events Specialist for the American Red Cross and has called Western New York home for nearly eight years. Her passion for RABC stems from her love and commitment to dance that took root at age six. 

Katherine Grzesik PhD is an Associate Professor at the University of Rochester with a focus on teaching undergraduate statistics. She came to Rochester for graduate school in 2011, earned her PhD in Statistics in 2017, and stuck around because the city has been a thriving place to live.  She is honored to serve as the Secretary of the RABC Board.

Meet the Artistic Advisory Board

Danielle Bonnette trained under Lisa Allain at Little Red Dance Studio for 15 years and taught classes there for 6 years.  She has also trained under Frank Hatchett, Suzi Taylor, Andi Blankenbuehler, Joe Lanteri, Jason Parsons and many more fabulous instructors.  She has also danced for the Roc City Diamonds under the direction of Julie Giarratano. She is currently a dance instructor at Tournesol Dance.

Outside of dance Danielle is a stylist, educator and creative team member at Scott Miller since 2004.  Danielle and her husband own Mr. Big Bounce LLC bounce house rentals and have 2 children (one who is a competitive dancer).

Erica Centola began her dance training at a young age and has continued to cultivate a deep passion for ballet throughout her life. Her work as both a dancer and educator is rooted in a commitment to clarity, musicality, and expressive movement. As the founder and director of Tournesol Dance, Erica has dedicated her career to creating thoughtful, anatomy-informed training specifically for adult dancers, guiding them toward both technical growth and artistic confidence. In addition to her teaching, Erica is an active choreographer. She has created original works for dance competitions and developed a full-length story ballet inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas. Her choreography has also been featured in local performances at the Fringe Festival, with select works presented internationally in Italy. Erica is proud to be part of the Rochester Adult Ballet Company, where she continues to explore performance and collaboration within the adult dance community.

Bridget Davis is a Rochester, NY native who began her dance training in 2011 and has trained with Tournesol Dance since its inception. Her early training in competitive gymnastics instilled a deep sense of discipline and precision, which continue to inform her work as an artist today. She has developed a movement quality grounded in clarity, strength, and technical consistency, and brings a focused, deliberate approach to her work while continuing to cultivate an evolving artistic voice.  She trains in various styles of dance and has performed locally with both Tournesol Dance and the Rochester Adult Ballet Company (RABC). She has assisted with choreography for ballet productions with RABC and is thrilled to be a part of the artistic board. Outside of dance, Bridget has worked as a registered nurse for 18 years.

Hazel Lever began her dance training with Ballet Spartanburg, with additional training at Alonzo King LINES Ballet, Joffrey Midwest, South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities, Harvard Dance Program, Bates Dance Festival, and most recently at Tournesol Dance. As a choreographer, she has shown work at various NYC venues including WOW Café Theater, Green Space, Columbia University, Queens Council on the Arts, Spoke the Hub, and Sgouros Theater. While in college, she performed with, choreographed for, and served on the board of the Harvard Ballet Company, and choreographed for the Harvard Radcliffe Dramatic Club; she was a recipient of an Artistic Development Fellowship and the Caroline Isenberg Prize for the Performing Arts. She has had choreographic commissions with Ballet Spartanburg and Opera Brittenica. She is thrilled to have found a new creative home with RABC.
